TrendEasy Standard monitors, alerts and analyzes the end-user experience of the end-to-end performance and availability of network applications. It is optimized for unattended operation under Windows 2000/NT/Me/98/XP platforms. It consists of the TrendEasy Standard Console and the distinct application modules, each providing a unique view of application performance.

TrendEasy Standard Console: Windows, Web, WAP Admin Console; TrendEasy Credential Database; Event & Alert Management (EAM) Server; and Report Generator.

TrendEasy Standard for Network: Monitors & alerts the end2end performance of network applications by actually opening the TCP ports remotely from the monitoring end-point.

TrendEasy Standard for Windows: Monitors & alerts the Windows NT/2000/XP's performance, Service status and Event Logs remotely. (Support installation on Windows NT/2000/XP ONLY)

TrendEasy Standard for Web: Monitors & alerts the end2end performance of Web sites & pages by actually browsing the URLs remotely from the monitoring end-point.

TrendEasy Standard for SQL: Monitors & alerts the end2end performance of database servers by actually executing the SQL queries remotely from the monitoring end-point.

TrendEasy Standard continuously monitors the performance metrics (e.g. response times, throughput and completion times) of network applications from the end-user's point of view. The peformance data and status are presented on the user-friendly Windows, Web and WAP console and stored into the TrendEasy database for further reporting and analysis.

The proprietary TrendEx(TM) technology is applied to pre-analyze & store captured performance data in real-time which dramatically increases the speed in generating trend analysis reports & charts.

When availability problem or performance exception occurred, it automatically dispatches alert messages to the consoles and/or via various notification and handling methods. The pre-defined reports for different performance metrics in the form of listings, tables and graphs are provided for baselining, trend analysis and capacity planing.
